Minimum Requirements:
 

• Agency Experience

• 5+ years of experience in advertising/marketing

• 3+ years of copywriting experience

• Must excel at managing high-pressure, deadline-sensitive projects.

• Ideal candidates will be diplomatic, highly organized, and flexible problem solvers.

• Possess excellent communication and grammar skills 
   

Essential Qualifications:

• Write engaging conceptual advertising copy, as well as compelling business copy, and understand the difference

• Has experience writing print, digital, and social copy.

• Experience writing for radio and/or video is also a plus.

• Possess excellent writing skills with the ability to write evocatively for multiple audiences in varying tones

• Able to write or rewrite quickly and effectively in tight deadline situations

• Brainstorm and concept to create original work for multiple industries and clients

• Think strategically, while utilizing the creative strategy to achieve project goals

• Collaborate with the creative department (sometimes through several iterations)

• Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a highly organized and detailed manner

• Understand best practices and trends, as well as our firm’s clients, to keep the copy relevant, modern, and effective
